Her curriculum
Deebah teaches via choreographed dances as well spending time with drills, poise and grooming flexibility. You will learn to dance with feeling and knowledge, from the inside out. She customizes her classes to make them as relevant for a teen as well as for a “seasoned diva”. She offers opportunities to dance at friendly student and professional venues but stresses that it is NOT a requirement to perform.
Her credentials
Deebah is a certified in group exercise, Zumba and mat Pilates; who has over 6 years of belly dance experience. She enjoys taking specialty belly dance workshops throughout the country. Deebah was a student of ballet in her youth and teens, jazz and ballroom as an adult which has given her greater dimension to her belly dance style. Deebah founded the troupe, Blue Lapis and Silk in 2008 and 2010 respecitively and is their choreographer. She is highly sought after for Master Classes at dance studios and colleges in Chester County and beyond.

Deebah never loses sight that for many, this is a “girl’s night out” and that fun is always in order. Studies show that you do not retain what you learn for any length of time unless you having fun learning it. Deebah’s one hour class may run over at times to ensure her teaching goals for that evening are always accomplished.

Deebah offers an on-line password protected Student Corner on her website for her FULL session members. There you will find at your finger tips video and sound of current and past class choreography, as well as optional film footage of practice sessions. Students are encouraged to practice at home. Student Corner is a wonderful way to practice your latest moves and obtain your private current information on events and sessions.
FULL session students also have free online access to professional photos taken by Deebah Dance & Fitness.

Her tuition rates
Deebah offers you an opportunity to view the classes before you sign up, so that you can experience the energy and fun her classes have to offer! There is a FULL Session Member Option: 5-class package for $50 (that is only $10/class) or a Walk-in Option: for $15/class. Semi-private lessonsmay also be arranged for 4-class package for $80 per student (that is just $20/class). Make-ups for FULL session members are not guaranteed but may be arranged by request on the alternate teaching night.
